I have partnered with Chocoley Chocolate and have received product to facilitate this recipe. All opinions and experiences are 100% my own.
I am so excited to kick off my 5th year of 12 Days of Christmas Candy! I just love this time of year and we always make cookies and candy for friends and family. Because of this I started sharing my candy recipes and today is day one! Today I have a super easy Peppermint Bark recipe!
But before the recipe I have to tell you about this amazing Chocolate company I found a few years ago and I was so excited when they reached out to me!
Chocoley has been around since 2004 and let me tell you they have some of the best chocolate to work with! Just melt and use! This year my 12 Days of Christmas Candy has been sponsored by Chocoley! I will be featuring Chocoley Bada Bing Bada Boom Candy & Molding Gourmet Compound Chocolate, Chocoley Gourmet Caramel and Chocoley Gourmet Cream Centers in my recipes!!
You can easily double this recipe to make a larger batch. This is so good and so easy you will have to make more because you will eat too much!!

Hi Laura,
Thank you for sharing an awesome recipe and Chocoley products with your readers!
Two quick & really easy tips that will ensure perfect results every batch:
1) When using the microwave to melt, USE Medium (50%) power setting, so you don’t overheat the chocolate; and
2) After each step, immediately put the chocolate in the refrigerator to setup. Each step will only take about 10 – 15 minutes in the fridge, but, Don’t leave it on the countertop to setup!
Happy Holidays and Best Regards,
