Loaded Tater Tot Bake

Are you ready for Thanksgiving? I am not I have been trying to find new ideas for those old classic side dishes! This one for Loaded Tater Tot Bake is a great alternative to those boring old mashed potatoes!

Now we love mashed potatoes but its always nice to have something different for a change! This bake is not only easy but your kids will LOVE it!

If you add some ham to it you can eat it as a meal! The other nice thing about it is there are less than 12 ingredients in this delicious recipe!

Loaded Tater Tot Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen tater tot potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled (you can add more and you will need to set aside about 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top)
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese (separated)
  • 4 sliced green onions

Instructions

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup and sour cream in a bowl, add in seasoned salt, 1 cup cheddar cheese, 2/3rds of crumbled bacon and combine until completely mixed. Add in frozen tater tots and toss until all are coated. Spoon into a 2qt casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and bacon on top of potatoes. Bake for 25-30 minuets or until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and garnish with more sour cream and sprinkle sliced green onions on top! Serve hot.
