A couple of weeks ago two things happened! One, I was invited to an At Home event and at the event a few of us accepted a challenge. One jar, what would we do with it? Two I went to a thrift store and came home with some really fun cook book pamphlets, two were all about using a convenience mix for VARIETY of delicious foods. So I want to make them all so I thought a recipe for a DIY Baking Mix would be great. Here today is the one post that covers both of these events the jar challenge and the DIY Baking Mix recipe.
From pancakes to cookies to the famous impossible pie this DIY Baking mix will become a staple in your cupboard.
