Marzetti Otria Greek Yogurt Veggie Dip YUMMMY!!! #CleverVeggieDip

I was one of the bloggers selected to taste test some delicious Marzetti Otria Greek Yogurt Veggie Dip!!  With the holidays I am always looking for new and easy ways to help out with the food prep!!   I love veggies and dip so this was right up my ally!!  How many of us look at the fat and calorie content of most prepared dressings and dips??  Some can be outrageously high with little or no nutritional value.  We all still love them and see them at just about every holiday table!!  Marzetti Otria Greek Yogurt Veggie Dip is a great alternative to this!!  It is low in fat and packed with protien!!  I have been eating greek yogurt as soon as it became popular so the ingenous idea to make a dip out of it was brilliant!!!  Marzetti was so kind to send me a coupon to purchase this yummy dip!!  I found mine at my local Safeway store!! 

I chose the Otria Cucumber Dill Feta Greek Yogurt Veggie Dip let me tell you it is so delisious!!  It is creamy and full of flavor!! I love it!!  It was great with Crudite and yummy on my baked potato!  The fat and calorie content was fairly low and it packed a whole 2g of proeitn per serving! I love that! It also has 200 MG OF OMEGA 3 FATTY ACIDS FROM CANOLA AND FISH OILS PER SERVING that is a bonus too!!

I loved eating this plain and as a topping but what about adding to a recipe??  Take this recipe straight from the Marzetti website.  Swap out the Ranch dressing with the Otria® Garden Herb Ranch Greek Yogurt Veggie Dip and you can cut the fat and add some protien to this yummy dish!!
 

 

Creamy Potato Gratin

This creamy, cheesy potato dish pairs nicely with poultry or beef.
 
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Serves 8
 
Marzetti Ingredients
Marzetti 1 cup 

Marzetti® Ranch Dressing / Otria® Garden Herb Ranch Greek Yogurt Veggie Dip  

Other Ingredients
1 tbsp. Butter
1 Medium onion
4 Large baking potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch slices
1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Whole milk
1 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. In a microwave safe-bowl combine butter and onions. Microwave 3 minutes to soften onions. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except ¼ cup Parmesan cheese. Lightly mist a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Arrange potatoes in pan. Sprinkle top with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
