Mr. Pinkcakeplate is retired military and is still working at our local Armed Forces Base. He has lived in various countries some extremely far away from home. Even being stationed on an island during Desert Storm. Certainly no comforts of home there!
One comfort that we can count on here are the delicious Marie Callendar’s frozen meals and desserts!!
This fall, Marie Callender’s launched the Comforts from Home Project . I have to say I am so excited for this new Comforts From Home Project, This is such an easy way for anyone to support the men and women of the US military. By simply purchasing specially marked packages of Marie Callender’s frozen dinners and desserts, and entering a code online at #ComfortsFromHome. How easy is that?? Look for the boxes with the Red, White, and Blue logo on the package!
Every time you enter a code from a specially marked package of Marie Callender’s meals or desserts, Marie Callender’s will make a donation to USO2GO, a USO program that brings electronics, sports gear, books, games, and more to troops stationed in remote locations.
