Oh before I go I want to give you one of the best cookie making tips I have ever learned! This tip comes from a Cordon Bleu Pastry Chef. I have tested this and I promise you it will make such a difference with your cookies. First of all have your butter at room temperature this is key. When you cream your butter and sugar you need to beat it until it is light and fluffy the reason you want to do this is so it adds air to the fat and sugar and also the fat coats the sugar. Remember baking is a science so this is part of that process! I promise it will make a huge difference in your cookies!
