If you were here last year I made this super easy 3 ingredient fudge!! Well this year I am putting a Peppermint Spin on it!!!
You will need is 1 bag of white chocolate chips, 1 container of Cream Cheese frosting, 1/2 t. Peppermint extract and 1/4 C. Andes Peppermint Crunch baking bits.
Melt your chips in 30 second intervals stirring in between until all are melted. Melt the frosting in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Add the extract to the frosting and mix well. Then add the melted chips to the frosting and stir until completely blended. Pour 1/2 of fudge in your 8×8″ pan spread out evenly then sprinkle with peppermint baking chips. Let sit for a few minuets to set up a bit, then pour rest of fudge over baking chip layer. Sprinkle remainder of baking chips over top of fudge , put in fridge to completely set. Cut into 1″ squares to serve.
